Michael Stigall

Mr. Michael Robert Stigall, age 51 of Pocahontas, Arkansas, passed away Monday, September 16, 2013 at his home. Born March 11, 1962 in El Paso, Texas, he was the son of the late William and Janice Michaelson Stigall. Mr. Stigall was of the Baptist faith and was a United States Army Veteran. He was employed by Frit Industries in Pocahontas and was an avid outdoorsman. Mr. Stigall enjoyed comic books, collecting Texas Longhorn memorabilia, working and loved animals. He is survived by two sons: Mark Stigall of Ripley, Mississippi and Robert Stigall of Blytheville, Arkansas; one daughter: Stephanie Stigall and companion Adam Jones of Steele, Missouri; two brothers: Steven Stigall of Easley, South Carolina and Dan Stigall and wife Judy of San Diego, California; one sister: Lori Stigall Dickmann and husband George of Greeleyville, South Carolina. Mr. Stigall also leaves five grandchildren and a host of other family and friends. Funeral services will be Friday, September 20, 2013 at 2:00pm at the Great Harvest Church in Pocahontas, Arkansas with Rev. Gene Griffon officiating. Burial will follow with military honors in the Dail Family Cemetery in Ravenden, Arkansas with Faith Funeral Service of Manila, Arkansas in charge of arrangements. The family will receive visitors from 11:00am until time of service at the church.
