Barbara Sue Siddons

Barbara Sue Siddons, born February 17, 1943 in Trumann, Arkansas, went to be with the Lord, August 16, 2016. She is preceded in death by her parents, Elmer and Gertrude Washburn, her brothers R.V. Lancaster and Bill Hendrix, her sister Geneva Cushing, and husband George Siddons. She is also survived by her brother, L.C. Lancaster, and many other loved family members. Mrs. Siddons has three children: Eleica Westerman Rowe, Amy Belk Hagar, and Valerie Belk Bradley; five grandchildren: Caleb Stovall, Hannah Stovall, Austin Hagar, Gavin Hagar, and Alyssa Brown. She has three stepchildren: Debra Siddons, Wesley Siddons, and Donna Siddons, and many step-grandchildren. Funeral Services will be Saturday, August 20, 2016 at Weiner First Baptist Church with Brother Conway Safirt officiating, and Faith Funeral Service directing. Public visitation will be 10:00 a.m. with funeral immediately following at 11:00, and burial at Oak Grove Cemetery in Weiner. Mrs. Siddons requested memorials be given to Weiner Volunteer Fire and Rescue or the Oak Grove Cemetery fund. The children wish to thank the many "angels" who helped care for her when they could not: Francis Rowe, Cathy Hood, Kristi Bise, Emogene Bise, Sherry Trotter, Gloria Greeno, Greta and Troy Greeno, Tyler Sitzer and the Weiner Volunteer Fire and Rescue.
