Gerald Brewer, 71, of Paragould, Arkansas passed away at his home on April 3, 2022. He was born on March 15, 1951 in Lake City, Arkansas to Fred and Bernice Haskins Brewer. Gerald was a member of the River of Life Church in Paragould, Arkansas for many years. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, and making mandolins. Survivors include; loving wife of 44 years: Cassie Brewer of the home; two sons: Leonard Brewer of Paragould, Arkansas, Gerald Eugene Brewer (Christina) of Paragould, Arkansas; one daughter: Misty Logsdon (Harley) of Fayetteville, Arkansas; two brothers: Dan Brewer (Pam) of Paragould, Arkansas, Freddie Brewer (Betty) of Paragould, Arkansas; one sister: Glenda Baskin (Wayne) of Paragould, Arkansas; eight grandchildren; three great grandchildren; and a host of other family and friends. Gerald is preceded in death by; parents: Fred and Bernice Haskins Brewer; one daughter: Tina Shetron; one brother: Charles Brewer; and two sisters: Lois Ryles and Joyce Yvonne Brewer. Funeral services will be held on Friday, April 8, 2022 at 3:00 p.m. at River of Life church in Paragould, Arkansas with Pastor Bryce Smithee and Dan Brewer, Jr. officiating. The family will receive visitors at the church from 2:00 p.m. until service time. Interment will follow at Pine Log Cemetery in Brookland, Arkansas under the direction of Faith Funeral Service.
