Thelma Mazine Bolick

Thelma Mazine Bolick, 98, of Walnut Ridge, Arkansas passed away at Lawrence Hall Nursing Center on May 21, 2022. She was born on January 20, 1924 in Powhatan, Arkansas to Grover Brown and Mahala Davis Brown. Thelma enjoyed sewing, gardening, reading, listening to music, bird watching, and spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Survivors include; three sons: Tim Bolick (Peggy) of Port Orange, Florida, Jim Bolick of Powhatan, Arkansas and Joey Orsborne of Paragould, Arkansas; four daughters: Vonda Garland of Powhatan, Arkansas, Linda Kingcade (Douglas) of Walnut Ridge, Arkansas, Deborah Fry (Freddie) of Bono, Arkansas, Donna Humes of Powhatan, Arkansas; one daughter-in-law: Joyce Bolick; one brother: Leonard Brown (Lois) Stoutsville, Missouri; two sisters: Joesphine Garner of Walnut Ridge, Arkansas, Joyce Noblin of South Carolina; one sister-in-law: Myrean Brown of Pocahontas, Arkansas; eight grandchildren; nineteen great grandchildren; two great-great granddaughters; and a host of other family and friends. Thelma is preceded in death by; loving husband: Henry Bolick; parents: Grover Brown and Mahala Davis Brown; two sons: Steve Bolick and Kenneth Bolick; two daughters: Letha Bolick and Ruth Bolick; five brothers: Ben Brown, William Brown, Robert Brown, Jesse Brown, and Eugene Brown; one sister: Olivene Willingham; and one grandson: Dacota Chamberlain; and a host of other family and friends. Pallbearers: Jason Aaron, Thomas Fry, Jacob Kingcade, Joe Bolick, Logan Faber, and Tyler Chamberlain. Funeral services will be held on Friday, May 27, 2022 at Main Street Church of Christ in Walnut Ridge, Arkansas as 1:00 p.m. with Minister Rob Combs and Minister Mark Walker officiating. The family will receive visitors at the church at 12:00 p.m. until service time. Interment will follow at Austin Cemetery in Walnut Ridge, Arkansas under the direction of Faith Funeral Service.
