Stephen Lee Handley, Jr.
September 4, 1963 - August 13, 2022

Stephen Lee Handley, Jr. passed away at Flo and Phil Jones Hospice House on August 13, 2022. He was born on September 4, 1963 in Blytheville, Arkansas to Stephen and Linda Wells Handley. After his time in Blytheville, He moved to Hernando, Mississippi with his wife Leigh-Ann Handley and their children. He was known by some, and some not as well. The family would love to give a special thanks to the Holly Grove Baptist Church in Cooter, Missouri and the Flo and Phil Jones Hospice House in Jonesboro, Arkansas for all of their help and kindness. Survivors include; wife: Leigh-Ann Handley; mother: Linda Louise Cates (Bill); four children: Matthew Stephen Handley, Dustin Lee Handley, Jr., Lorri Avery Handley, Jackson Dylan Handley; two sisters: Kristi Karen Hastings (Richard) and Kelah D’lynn Phillips; four nieces: Jessica Wren, Abigail Cecil, Chloe Wren, Madison Wren; two nephews: Kipp Mckay and Joshua Wren; special friend: Stewart Patridge; and a host of other family and friends. Stephen is preceded in death by; his father: Stephen Lee Handley, Sr.; grandparents: James and Bonnie Handley and Harrison and Myrna Wells; one sister: Lorri Belinda Wren; and two nephews: Caleb Wren and Felix Slade Jennings. With all the fight in his life he enjoyed duck hunting, fishing, old time rock and roll, and in hopes to fight off cancer. He was grateful to finish the days with his family that are still on earth. Until we meet again at the light of Heaven. Memorial date will be announced at a later time.
