James Edward Lisk, 56, of Manila, Arkansas departed this life on Monday, December 26, 2022, at home. He was born on December 27, 1965, in Trumann, Arkansas to Peggy Roush Lisk and the late James Lisk. James worked as farm hand for 28 years for Wesson Farms in Victoria, Arkansas where he loved riding his wife, children, and grandchildren on tractors and combines. In his free time, he loved spending time with his family, helping his son with his racecar, watching his son race, loved working on his vehicles, and enjoyed watching his grandchildren grow up which were his pride and joy. He was preceded in death by his father James Lavern Lisk and sister Sharon Lisk Bell, In-laws John (J.C) South and Ruby McLaughlin South. James is survived by his wife of 29 years: Jeannie South Lisk of the home, children: James Chad Lisk and Jennifer Lisk of Manila, Lynn Lisk Hart and Nicholas Hart of Manila, grandchildren Raelynn Faith Lisk and James Carter Lisk, mother Peggy Roush Lisk, brother Davy Lisk both of Lunsford Arkansas, Sibling In-laws John Louis South Sr, Rickey(Cheryl) South, and Sara South all of Manila Arkansas, several nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, and a host of other family and friends. The family will receive visitors on Thursday, December 29, 2022 at 3:30 p.m. at Faith Funeral Service in Manila, Arkansas under the direction of Faith Funeral Service.
