He was born on January 13, 1976 in Tuscon, Arizona to James William Thomas Newell, Jr. and Patricia Cheryl Roberts. James enjoyed listening to music and spending time with his family. Survivors include; father: James William Thomas Newell, Jr. of Missouri; mother: Patricia Cheryl Newell of Russellville, Arkansas; two sons: Kaylen Newell and Kenneth Newell both of Russellville, Arkansas; grandmother: Mae Sandavol of Knoxville, Tennessee; many uncles, aunts, cousins: and a host of other family and friends. He is preceded in death by; one brother: Kenneth Newell; and one sister: Patricia Lori Ann Newell. The family has requested private arrangements under the direction of Faith Funeral Service.
