Patricia Ann Russell, 72, of Paragould, Arkansas passed away at her home on May 10, 2023. She was born on November 27, 1950 in Missco, Arkansas to Dean Pilgrim and Willidean Mayfield. She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren. Survivors include; two sons: Scott Adams (Pamela) of Paragould, Arkansas and Tim Adams of Sioax City, Iowa; one daughter: Brandi McGuire of Paragould, Arkansas; ten grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; and a host of other family and friends. She is preceded in death by; her parents: Dean Pilgrim and Willidean Mayfield Pilgrim; loving husband: Tolbert Russell; and one brother: Eddie Pilgrim. The family has requested private arrangements under the direction of Faith Funeral Service.
