Carol Warner Dougan

Carol Warner Dougan, 66, died Friday at St. Bernard’s Medical Center. She was born on April 12, 1950, to Ethel Bersh and Harold Warner in Philadelphia. Survivors include her mother, Ethel B. Warner; her husband, Michael B. Dougan; her brother, Stephen Warner and his wife, Carolyn Warner; and a nephew, Ari Warner. She worked as a unit secretary at St. Bernard’s and was active in the League of Women Voters and the ACLU. A cellist, she played in the ASU and the Delta Symphony orchestras. She best enjoyed watching the Phillies baseball games. Memorials can be made to the Northeast Arkansas Humane Society at 6111 E. Highland Drive Jonesboro, Arkansas.
