Rosa Lee Holt
January 24, 1947 - August 21, 2024

Rosa Lee Holt, 77, of Jonesboro, Arkansas passed away on August 21, 2024 at NEA Baptist in Jonesboro, Arkansas. She was born on January 24, 1947 in Covington, Tennessee to Earl Woodrow and Ruby Florence England. She was a member of the Eastside Baptist Church in Memphis, Tennessee and she assisted the secretary and planned activities at the church. She loved her family, grandchildren, and greatgrandchildren with all her heart. She enjoyed doing word searches and playing card games. Survivors include; four children: Dewayne Holt, Robbie Holt, Angela Dixon, and April Cooley (Tommy); six brothers: James England, Brian England, Leslie England, Brad England, Kerry England, and Billy Jo England; three sisters: Ann Bumpus, Ruby O’barr, and Marilyn Sanders; six grandchildren; Caleb Holt, Damien Holt (Melissa), Justin Holt, Brittany Parsons (Travis), Jessica Chaffin (Josh), and Kaitlyn Dixon; ten greatgrandchildren: Elliot Allred, Hudson Holt, Leland Parsons, Cayden Parsons, Drake Chaffin, Noah Chaffin, Joshua Chaffin, Jr., Jaycee Chaffin, Lillian Chaffin, and Teagyn Holt; and a host of other family and friends. She was preceded in death by; her parents Earl and Ruby England; siblings: Minnie Brown, Mark England, Bobby England, Cornelius England, Brenda Kay England, Linda May England, and Eddie Lee England; and one great-grandson: Nathaniel Chaffin. Pallbearers: Tommy Cooley, Justin Holt, Damien Holt, Josh Chaffin, Drake Chaffin, and Noah Chaffin. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, August 24, 2024 at 12:00 p.m. at Revived Church of God in Black Oak, Arkansas with pastor Marilyn Sanders officiating. Interment will follow at Lake City Cemetery in Lake City, Arkansas. The family will receive visitors at the church on Saturday from 10:30 until service time.
