Freda Jane Tatum

Freda Jane Tatum, 79, of Caraway, Arkansas passed away on December 11, 2024 at Monette Manor Nursing Home. She was born on July 25, 1945 in Caraway, Arkansas to Miles “Pat” and Gladys (Ragsdale) Gross. Freda was a member of the Caraway Methodist Church in Caraway, Arkansas. She enjoyed painting by number on tapestry, puzzle work, and spending time with her family. Survivors include; one son: Robert Gross (Cynthia) of Caraway, Arkansas; one sister: Gladys Horton of Caraway, Arkansas; two brothers: Bill Gross of Caraway, Arkansas and Bob Gross of Lake City, Arkansas; two grandchildren: Cody Gross (Jessica Keasler) of Caraway, Arkansas and Rebecca Garner (Mike) of Caraway, Arkansas; one great granddaughter: Trinity Shelby; and a host of other family and friends. She is preceded in death by; her parents: Miles “Pat” and Gladys Gross; grandparents: James Gross and Dora Marie Coward and Benjamin Ragsdale and Rosa Johnson; and one sister: Sara Jo Roberts. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, December 21, 2024 at 10:30 a.m. at the Caraway Methodist Church in Caraway, Arkansas with Pastor Allen Glass officiating. The family will receive visitors from 10:00 a.m. until service time. The family has requested a private burial.
