Marie Irvin
January 11, 1932 - January 6, 2025

Marie Irvin, 92, of Brookland, Arkansas passed away on January 6, 2024 at NEA Baptist Memorial Hospital. She was born on January 11, 1932 in Santa Rosa, California to Martin and Stella (Melding) Stack. Marie was a member of the Brookland Church of Christ. She enjoyed visiting nursing homes and hospitals, reading, solving puzzles and crosswords. Survivors include; one son: Joseph Richard Lyons of Brookland, Arkansas; eight grandchildren; five great grandchildren; and a host of other family and friends. She is preceded in death by; her parents: Martin and Stella (Melding) Stack; first husband: Clinton Joseph Lyons; second husband: Jackson Ray Irvin; three children: Clinton Lyons, Martin Lyons, Michael Lyons; two brothers: Ramond Stack and Bert Stack; and two sisters: Bernadine Sparks and Georgia Lindel. A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, January 14, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. at the Brookland Church of Christ with Jeff Heitman officiating.
