Billy Wayne Goolsby
September 25, 1967 - February 21, 2025

Billy Wayne Goolsby, 57, of Paragould, Arkansas passed away on February 21, 2025 at St. Bernards Medical Center. He was born on September 25, 1967 in Blytheville, Arkansas to Bill Goolsby and Wanda (Heathcock) Goolsby. Billy enjoyed driving long haul trucks, fishing, woodworking, playing with his dog Lugnut, and spending time with his family. Survivors include; wife of 7 years: Tracy Goolsby of the home; four children: Casey Flanigan of Steele, Missouri, Colby Flanigan (Abbie) of Manila, Arkansas, Athena Ezell (Zach) of Steele, Missouri, Jarrika Vaughn of Paragould, Arkansas; nine grandchildren; and a host of other family and friends. He is preceded in death by; his parents: Bill Goolsby and Wanda (Heathcock) Goolsby; and one sister: Athena Goolsby. A Celebration of Life will be held on Thursday, February 27, 2025 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Faith Funeral Service in Manila, Arkansas.
