Brenda Milner

Mrs. Brenda Fay Nichols Milner, age 63 of Bono, Arkansas, passed away July 21, 2014 at her home. Born February 1, 1951 at Kennett, Missouri, she was the daughter of D.B. and Freda Roberts Woodard and had moved to Bono, Arkansas when she was 6 and lived the remainder of her life in Bono. She attended Bono High School and worked at the Craighead County Jail and David Puryear Center. Mrs. Milner was of the Baptist faith and enjoyed photography, writing poems and playing softball. She is survived by three sons: Rodger Nichols of Bono, Arkansas, Kelly Nichols and wife Leann of Cordova, Tennessee and Mark Nichols of Bono, Arkansas; her mother: Freda Woodard of Bono, Arkansas; one brother: Jim Woodard and wife Pam of Bono; grandchildren: Michael Nichols, Presley Nichols, Nicole Nichols, Lawson Nichols, Evan Nichols, Synclaire Nichols and Addison Nichols. Mrs. Milner also leaves a host of other family and friends. Mrs. Milner was preceded in death by her father, D.B. Woodard, her grandparents, John and Gladys Roberts. Funeral services will be Wednesday, July 23, 2014 at 2:00pm at the Bono Church of Christ with Mr. Richard Atkins officiating. Burial will follow in the Trinity Cemetery in Bono, Arkansas under the direction of Faith Funeral Service of Manila, Arkansas. The family will receive visitors Wednesday, July 23, 2014 from 1:00pm until time of service at the church. Pallbearers will be Randy Patton, John Roberts, Clarence Woodard, Keith Roberts, Clint Roberts and Michael Nichols.
