Celebrating the life of Orada Lusby Brown: February 21, 1948 to October 8, 2022 Orada Lusby Brown was born on February 21, 1948 to now deceased parents, Allen Lusby and Bessie Montgomery in Marked Tree, Arkansas. Orada or Rada Bell as she was also called lived most of her life in Jonesboro, Arkansas except for a few years in Memphis, Tennessee, she graduated from high school and started to live her life to the fullest. Orada belonged to the family of Jesus Christ. She was a unique kind of individual. She was a collector of clothes, shoes, wigs, and anything else she could get or receive in her lifetime. She was a natural walker, often seen walking to and from her job all the time. The bible tells us that in order to have good friends, we must show ourselves friendly, and this is how Orada lived her life. She has a family that loved her dearly and will cherish her memory including; her son: Calvin Pettye, Jr.; granddaughter: Nastjassa Williams; friends: Pearlie Mae Rucker, Christine Manning, Suzanne Tramble, Shamika Jenkins, Alexandra Binkley, and many more; personal friends: Demitirus Thomas, Ann and Larry Crabtree, Valeria Buford, Brenda Maddox, and Breshun Ellison. Psalm 23; The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want. He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: he leadeth me beside the still waters. He restoreth my soul: he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name’s sake.
