Syble Edith Phillips

Mrs. Syble Edith Phillips, 66, of Jonesboro, Arkansas passed away on Wednesday, December 23, 2015 at St. Bernard’s Medical Center. Mrs. Phillips was born on March 5, 1949 in Tyronza, Arkansas to Willie Herbert and Bessie Pearl Hightower Hinman. Mrs. Phillips was of the Baptist faith, loved wrestling and spending time with her family and friends.Survivors include; her mother: Bessie Pearl Phillips of Atkins, Arkansas; her husband: James Phillips of the home; one son: Darrell Dawson and wife Ina of Jonesboro, Arkansas; one daughter: Rebecca Allen of Jonesboro, Arkansas; four brothers: Donald Hinman of Russellville, Arkansas, Bobby Hinman of Dover, Arkansas, Johnny Hinman of Russellville, Arkansas, and Kenneth Hinman of Dover, Arkansas; six grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and a host of other family and friends.Mrs. Phillips was preceded in death by; her father; Willie Herbert Hinman; one brother: David Hinman.Memorial services will be held on Saturday, January 2, 2016 at 2:00 pm at the Holy Angels Convent, 1699 CR 766, Jonesboro, Arkansas. The family request private disposition under the direction of Faith Funeral Service.
