Clyde Frederick Thompson
October 16, 1940 - December 17, 2022

Clyde Frederick Thompson, 82, of Walnut Ridge, Arkansas went to live with our loving Lord on December 17, 2022. He was born on October 16, 1940 in Garland, Maine to Sumner and Annie Getchell Thompson. Clyde was a Christian who loved to worship at his home. He enjoyed stamp collecting, coin collecting, baseball collecting, playing bingo and his CB name was “Sneaky Snake.” Survivors include; three sons: Clyde (Chuckie) of Meriden, Connecticut, Clarence of Meriden, Connecticut, and Ernest of Memphis, Tennessee; two daughters: Sally of Levant, Maine and Annie of Rutland, Vermont; one brother: Sonny of Newport, Maine; three sisters: Barbara (Joe) of Lowell, Vermont, Vivian of Exeter, Maine, and Arlene (Clarence, Jr.) of Exeter, Maine; eleven grandchildren; several great grandchildren; and a host of other family and friends. Clyde is preceded in death by; his parents: Sumner and Annie Thompson; two wives: Barbara Thompson and Rose Thompson; one daughter: Lisa Thompson; two brothers: Roger and Ernest; and two sisters: Hildreth and Sandra. The family has requested private arrangements under the direction of Faith Funeral Service in Manila, Arkansas.
