John Wayne "Big John" Taylor Sr., 61, of Hickory Ridge, Arkansas, passed on December 30, 2022 at the St. Bernard's Medical Center in Jonesboro, Arkansas. John was born on February 10, 1961 to Travis L. and Mary (Gibson) Taylor in Forrest City, Arkansas. John married Debora (Lehnen) Taylor June 04, 1982 in Shakopee, Minnesota. John was a Farm Hand and worked in the Salvage Industry owning White County Pull-A-Part in Rose Bud, Arkansas. John enjoyed fishing, spending his summer days on the creek bank, and telling stories to whomever would listen. John was preceded in death by; his father; mother; one daughter Amanda; three sisters: Ruthie, Nina, and Margaret; one half-sister: Patricia; one brother: Randy; and one half-brother: A.L. Symonds. John is survived by his wife: Debora "Debbie"; his son: John "Duke" and Hayley of Hickory Ridge, Arkansas; one foster son: Glenn McMaster of Cherry Valley, Arkansas; five brothers: Travis "Sonny" Taylor, Lenny Holiday, James "Jimmy" Taylor, Anthony "Tony" Luker, and Michael "Mike" Rock; three sisters: Mary Smith, Martha Proctor, and Rebecca Harshberger; numerous nieces and nephews; and a host of other family and friends. Memorial Services are to be determined at this time.
