Mary Wilson
January 24, 1933 - January 28, 2024

Mary Wilson, 91, of Caraway, Arkansas, went to meet the Lord on Sunday, January 28, 2024. She was born on January 24, 1933 in Bunney, Arkansas to Delbert and Beulah (Turner) Barrett. Mary was a Christian and a member of New Hope Baptist Church in Black Oak, Arkansas for more than 45 years where she taught the women's Sunday School class. She retired from Riverside Schools and cherished her memories with the children there. She is survived by; her children: Sharon (Bob) Stewart of Gilford, New Hampshire, Jeanne (the late Mark) Foster of Chowchilla, California, Rodney Wilson of Caraway, Arkansas, Lisa (Todd) Ashabranner of Port Saint Joe, Florida; two sisters: Julie (the late Wayne) Mote of Bullhead City, Arizona, Eula (Earl) Cobb of Caraway, Arkansas; seven grandchildren: Jeff (Erin) Motil, Jennifer (Mike) Tejada, Greg Foster, Megan (Gary) Dinis, Jae (Bryan) Glass, Jera (Austin) Horton, Kam (Carla) Ashabranner; and eleven great grandchildren: Lisa, Priscilla and Sophia Foster, Lily Motil, Olivia and Lucas Tejada, Jenna and Shelby Glass, Wyatt Horton, and Nolan, Bodi, and Maddox Ashabranner. She is preceded in death by her husband (Art Wilson), her parents, and her brother (Clyde Barrett). Services will be held at New Hope Baptist Church in Black Oak on Saturday, February 3, 2024. The visitation will be from 2:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. with the funeral following at 4:00 p.m. With Bro. Heath Hawkins officiating. There will be no graveside services. Flowers are being handled by Lepanto Flower Shop.
