David Wayne McCormick

Mr. David Wayne McCormick, 47, of Manila, Arkansas passed away on Saturday, January 4, 2014 at St Bernards Medical Center. Mr. McCormick was born on February 17, 1966 in Manila, Arkansas to Frank and Sheila McCormick. Mr. McCormick worked at Keich, Shauver, Miller Gin Company, enjoyed yard work, gardening, playing guitar and father’s day fishing with Chris. Survivors include: his parents: Frank and Sheila McCormick of Manila, Arkansas; wife: Kim McCormick of the home; one son: Chris McCormick and wife Amber of Jonesboro, Arkansas; granddaughter: Kenley McCormick of Jonesboro, Arkansas; two brothers: Tommy McCormick and wife Susie of Jonesboro, Arkansas and Danny McCormick and wife Tina of Monette, Arkansas; two sisters: Melodie Matayabas and husband Mark of Paragould, Arkansas and Lynda McCormick of Manila, Arkansas; work famly: Kiech, Shauver, Miller Gin Company and a host of other family and friends. Mr. McCormick was preceded in death by his maternal and paternal grandparents. Funeral services will be held on Friday, January 10, 2014 at 1:00 pm at the Manila Church of Christ with Mr. Dustin Finch officiating. The family will receive visitors at the church on Friday from 12:00 noon until service time. The family request private burial under the direction of Faith Funeral Service.
