Service for Martha Jane Cobb, who died on Friday, January 9, 2015 will be held on Saturday, January 17, 2015 at 4:00 pm at St. Mark’s Episcopal Church with Rev. Amber Carswell officiating. Following the service, there will be a reception celebrating her life in the fellowship hall of the church. In lieu of flowers, the family request you consider a donation to Two Saints’ Kitchen, c/o St. Mark’s Episcopal Church, 531 West College Street, Jonesboro, Arkansas 72401.

    The Hall family was deeply saddened to hear of the loss of our dear neighbor and professional educator and counselor. Mrs. Cobb was a wonderful person who played an important role in my life and the lives of so many young people and adults. She will be remembered and greatly missed. Our sympathy extends to the entire Cobb family.John David and Cathy Hall.

    Mrs. Cobb made home economics a fun class with many fond memories. I still remember some of the things we cooked. I loved both her and her sweet sister. My deepest sympathy to the family.
