Richard Lewis Miller

Mr. Richard Lewis Miller, 62, of Marston, Missouri, passed away on January 15, 2016 at his home. Mr. Miller was born on February 2, 1953 in Wardell, Missouri to the late George Lewis and Lillian Genevieve Wright Miller. Mr. Miller was a member of the Evergreen Missionary Baptist Church in Marston, Missouri, retired from Noranda after 40 plus years, loved hunting, fishing, taking care of his animals, riding the countryside looking for wildlife, and spending time with his family and friends.Survivors include; two sons: Richard Miller and Raymon Miller both of Hayti, Missouri; one daughter: Stacy Clayton and husband Hank of Caruthersville, Missouri; one brother: Jimmy Miller and wife Nancy of Kerrville, Texas; one sister: Elaine Olsen and husband Dennis of Colorado Springs, Colorado; five grandchildren: Colin Landess, Claire Clayton, Karissa Helton, Molly Miller and Matthew Miller; and a host of other family and friends.Mr. Miller was preceded in death by his parents.Funeral services will be held on Monday, January 18, 2016 at 1:00 pm at the Wardell Baptist Church, Wardell, Missouri with Bro. Webb Manley and Bro. Griff Walker officiating. Interment will follow at the Wardell Cemetery under the direction of Faith Funeral Service. The family will receive visitors on Monday at the church from 11:00 am until service time. Pallbearers: Travis Plunkett, David Turner, Henon Thacker, George Miller, Justin Tate, Alex Glisson, and Tim Miller.
