Joyce Marie Everett

Joyce Marie Everett, 63, of Jonesboro, Arkansas, passed away on Tuesday, January 10, 2017 at Flo and Phil Jones Hospice House. She was born on September 6, 1953 in Des Moines, Iowa to Leo and Thelma Heatherington Swan. She was a member of Bolivar Pentecostal Church of Harrisburg, enjoyed playing Nintendo, coloring in adult coloring books, playing Dig Dug, crocheting, and hanging out with her sister.Survivors include: her father: Leo Swan of Trumann, Arkansas; four sons: Tony Swan, George Everett (Marie), Jason Everett, and Billy Everett (Stacey) all of Jonesboro, Arkansas; four brothers: Larry Swan of Bono, Arkansas, Alvin Swan of Jonesboro, Arkansas, Ernie Swan of Bay, Arkansas, and Darrell Swan of Paragould, Arkansas; one sister: Mary Beal of Jonesboro, Arkansas; twenty-three grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and a host of other family and friends.She was preceded in death by: her mother.Funeral services will be held on Friday, January 13, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. at The Bible Holiness Pentecostal Church, 2402 County Road 905, Jonesboro, Arkansas with Rev. Alvin Swan officiating. Interment will follow at Crossroads Cemetery, Lorado, Arkansas under the direction of Faith Funeral Service. The family will receive visitors on Thursday, January 12, 2017 at the church from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. Pallbearers: Kenny Swan, Tim Swan, Kevin Swan, Stephen Swan, Jeffrey Beal, and Shane Morgan. Honorary pallbearers: Matt Herren and Alan Herren.
