Bobby Massingale

Bobby Massingale, 86 of Paragould, Arkansas passed away Tuesday, January 22, 2019 at Arkansas Methodist Medical Center, Paragould, Arkansas. He was born September 9, 1932 in Lake City, Arkansas to Robert and Minnie Belle Buzard Massingale. He was a member of Greater Vision Ministries Church in Paragould, Arkansas, enjoyed playing dominoes, fishing, singing and playing the guitar, he loved to tell stories, joke, and agitate just for the fun of it. Survivors include; four daughters: Pat Akes (Bill) of Oak Grove, Arkansas, Barbara Mattix (John) of Bono, Arkansas, Carolyn Cooper (Elvis) of Paragould, Arkansas, Lisa Moore (Randy) of Paragould, Arkansas; many grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren; and a host of other family and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents; wife: Dorris Davis Massingale; one son: Jerry Edgar; three daughters: Bernice Armstrong, Donna Treat, and Kathy Grimes and several grandchildren. Funeral service will be Friday, January 25, 2019 at Greater Vision Ministries Church, Paragould, Arkansas at 1:00 p.m. with Brother Rick Ethridge officiating under the direction of Faith Funeral Service, Manila, Arkansas. Burial will be in Pine Log Cemetery, Brookland, Arkansas. The family will receive visitors at 12:00 noon until time for the service. Pallbearers: Joe Mullen, Paul Hayes, Casey Gilmore, Scott Galczynski, Jared Pulver, Mikel Washburn.
