  1. Jeff Rice, North Little Rock , AR says

Virgil and I grew up together. He grew up down the street from me on Van Campen Dr. We first met at Carmen Park Elementary. Virgil was a very dear friend of mine. We went hunting together starting when we were about 11 yrs ? old with our pellet rifles. He was always a "straight shooter", not only with his rifle, but morally also. Out of all of the other kids in the neighborhood, he was the only one to express his beliefs of his Christian Faith. Praises go out to dad and mom for taking them to church every Sunday. I gave my life to the Lord at the age of 12 due to Virgil's influence. I have many wonderful thoughts and stories to share with the family. As I write this I weep for happiness knowing that I will see my friend again in heaven.
