Barbara Parker

Mrs. Barbara Lynn Wilson Parker, age 60 formerly of Caraway, Arkansas, passed away Friday, March 21, 2014 in Cave City, Arkansas. Born February 9, 1954 in Detroit, Michigan, she was the daughter of the late Woodrow and Dalphadean Bateman Wilson. Mrs. Parker was a Christian person of faith who enjoyed cooking, sewing, quilting, fishing, animals and especially spending time with her grandchildren. She is survived by two daughters: April Despain and husband Chris of Lake City, Arkansas and Deana Kober and husband Paul of Cave City, Arkansas; two sons: Daniel Browning and wife Brandy of Lynn, Arkansas and Adrian Campbell and wife Kathy of Caraway, Arkansas; two sisters: Debbie Sellers of Caraway, Arkansas and Cherrie Waugh of Caraway, Arkansas; one brother: Ronnie Wilson of Michigan; a life- long companion and friend: Roy Story. Mrs. Parker also leaves fourteen grandchildren, one great-grandchild and a host of other family and friends. Funeral services will be Tuesday, March 25, 2014 at 2:00pm at the First United Methodist Church in Caraway, Arkansas with Pastor David Insell officiating. The family will receive visitors Tuesday, March 25, 2014 from 12:00pm until 2:00pm at the church. There will be a private burial at a later date.
