Louis Roberts

Mr. Louis Roberts, 82, of Jonesboro departed this life on Saturday, October 20, 2012 at the Flo and Phil Jones Hospice House after a brave battle with cancer. Mr. Roberts was born on September 12, 1930 in Toronto, Canada to the late Robert and Dorothy Roberts. Survivors include: his wife of 49 ½ years: Frances Roberts of the home; two daughters: Lynn Abbott and husband David of Canada and Sindy “Tish” Wells and husband Doug of Wisconsin; two step sons: Martin Matheny and wife Nora of Texas and Clark Matheny and wife Pat of Arkansas; one step daughter: Vicky Kinder of Arkansas; one brother: Bill; two sisters: Barbara and Audrey; eight grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; and a host of other family and friends. The family request private services and disposition under the direction of Faith Funeral Service.
