Linda Christine Benham

Mrs. Linda Christine Benham, 40, of Manila, Arkansas died on Sunday, October 7, 2012 at her home. Mrs. Benham was born on September 22, 1972 in Blytheville, Arkansas to the late Linda Kay Eddings. She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Manila, Arkansas, collected angels and porcelain dolls, keeping up with events on Facebook, and she loved spending time with her family and friends. Survivors include; her husband of 19 years: Tony Benham of the home; three sons: Eugene Vancely of Manila, Arkansas, Anthony Benham of Manila, Arkansas, and Tony Benham, Jr.; three daughters: Linda Catherine Vancely of Manila, Arkansas, Jennifer Weist of Indiana, Sylvia Haskins, Manila, Arkansas; four sisters: Sandy Vancely of Manila, Arkansas, Glenda Owens of Jonesboro, Arkansas, Theresa Mitchell of Jonesboro, Arkansas, and Gloria Macon of Paragould, Arkansas; two brothers: Richard Goforth of Trumann, Arkansas and David Adams of Paragould, Arkansas; eight grandchildren; and a host of other family and friends. Mrs. Benham was preceded in death by her parents; one daughter Melissa Benham; and one sister: Lisa Macon. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, October 10, 2012 at 2:00pm at First Baptist Church, Manila, Arkansas with Rev. Ferrell Duffle officiating. Interment will follow at the Manila Cemetery. The family will receive visitors on Tuesday, October 9, 2012 at the church from 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm. Pallbearers: Clyde Langston, William Haskins, Albert Rutherford, Robert Weist, Brandon Ingram, Travis Benham, Tony Benham, Nicholas Vancely and Joe McQueen.
