Eberle Grimmer

Eberle Stevenson Burke Grimmer, 51, of Jonesboro went to be with her Lord and Savior on October 4, 2012 at Flo and Phil Jones Hospice House. She was born on April 23, 1961 in Memphis, TN to the late R.W. Burke and Sarah Evelyn Burke. Eberle was preceded in death by her sister, Sarah Frances Thomas. She is survived by her husband William Edward “Bubba” Grimmer III, daughter Arrington Lyle Grimmer, both of the home, and brother William Burke of Paris, France. Eberle was a member of First Presbyterian Church of Jonesboro. She worked as the marketing director at Braces by Burris and Associates. A memorial service celebrating Eberle’s life will be held Saturday October 6, at 2:00 pm. at First Presbyterian Church, with the Reverend Christopher H. Jones officiating. The family will receive friends from 12:00-2:00 before the service in the fellowship hall. In lieu of flowers the family has requested that donations be made First Presbyterian Church Building Fund, 710 Southwest Drive Jonesboro, Arkansas 72401, in memory of Eberle Grimmer.
