Charles Fredrick Howe

Mr. Charles Fredrick Howe, age 38 of Rector, Arkansas, passed away Sunday, October 13, 2013 at his home. Born April 17, 1975 in Grand Rapids, Michigan, he was the son of Kenneth and Shirley Hartwick Howe. He was employed by Anchor Packaging in Paragould, Arkansas and enjoyed carpentry, fishing and riding four wheelers with the children. He is survived by his wife: Vanessa Howe of the home; one daughter: Erika Howe of the home; one son: Aiden Howe of the home; his father: Kenneth Howe of Supply, Arkansas; his brother: James Phelps of Marmaduke, Arkansas; three sisters: Vicki Travis of Reyno, Arkansas, Melissa Travis of Paragould, Arkansas and Michelle Oien of Washington. Mr. Howe also leaves several nieces and nephews and a host of other family and friends. Mr. Howe was preceded in death by his mother: Shirley Howe; his grandmother: Arvema Northrup and his paternal grandparents: Kenneth and Rose Howe. Funeral services will be Thursday October 17, 2013 at 10:00am at the Smith’s Chapel outside of Boydsville, Arkansas with Rev. David Floyd officiating. Burial will follow in the Parks Cemetery in Rector, Arkansas with Faith Funeral Service of Manila, Arkansas in charge of arrangements. The family will receive visitors Wednesday October 16, 2013 from 6:00pm until 8:00pm at the church.
