Georgia Barnett

Mrs. Georgia Lee Barrett, age 88 of Harrisburg, Arkansas, passed away October 25, 2014 at her home. Born February 20, 1926 in Manila, Arkansas, she was the daughter of the late Jessie and Lily Gentils Muse and was a life-long area resident. Mrs. Barrett was a member of the Church of Christ and enjoyed reading, knitting and spending time with her grandchildren. She is survived by four daughters: Sharon Hunter and husband James of Cherry Valley, Arkansas, Marilyn Lindberg of Marion, Arkansas, Susan Massengill of Austin, Texas and Janna Johns and husband Walter of Harrisburg, Arkansas. Mrs. Barnett also leaves seven grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren and a host of other family and friends. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Lowell Barrett. The family has requested a private service and disposition under the direction of Faith Funeral Service of Manila, Arkansas.
