Vicky Orphan

Ms. Vicky Karen Orphan, 57, of Cardwell, Missouri, passed away on Tuesday, October 21, 2014 at her home after a brave battle with cancer. Ms. Orphan was born on April 17, 1957 in Hammond, Indiana to Roy Allen and Roma Myers Sessum. Ms. Orphan was a member of the Buck Donic Church, she enjoyed swimming, shopping, snowmobiling, and she loved animals. Survivors include; mother: Roma Sessum of Cardwell, Missouri; two daughters: Mellany Gains and husband Jason and Melissa Fire both of Paragould, Arkansas; one brother: Terry Sessum and wife Cherrie of Cardwell, Missouri; one sister: Lana Asplund and husband Rick of Ingleside, Illinois; three grandchildren: Tyi, Taylor, and Dallas; and a host of other family and friends. Ms Orphan was preceded in death by her father: Roy Allen Sessum; one brother: David Sessum. Memorial services will be held on Friday, October 25, 2014 at 11:00 am at the Buck Donic Church, near Cardwell, Missouri, with Bro. Tom Wellman officiating.
