Rebecca Holmes

Rebecca Gail Lenderman Holmes, age 50 of Jonesboro, Arkansas, passed away of October 6, 2014 at the St. Bernards Medical Center in Jonesboro, Arkansas. Born September 12, 1964 in Walnut Ridge, Arkansas, she was the daughter of Jerry Walter and Patsy Ruth King Lenderman and attended the Church of Christ in Light, Arkansas. Mrs. Holmes was an administrative specialist for the college of music at ASU in Jonesboro. She loved music, rescuing animals and spending time with her family and friends. She is survived by her parents; Jerry and Patsy Lenderman of Walnut Ridge, Arkansas; one daughter: Brittany Pope and husband Matthew of Jonesboro, Arkansas; two grandchildren: Madelyn and Parker Pope both of Jonesboro, Arkansas; one brother: Walter Lenderman of Walnut Ridge, Arkansas; one sister: Melissa Lenderman Ragan of Paragould Arkansas; one niece: Amanda Ward of Paragould, Arkansas; one nephew: Jacob Archer of Paragould, Arkansas; one great-nephew: Logan Lee of Little Rock, Arkansas; one great-niece: Olivia Ward of Paragould, Arkansas; and a host of other family and friends. The family has requested a private service and disposition under the direction of Faith Funeral Service of Manila, Arkansas. A memorial service will be announced at a later date.
