Patsy Irene Smith

Patsy Irene Smith, 75, of Weiner passed away on Monday October 24. A home maker her entire life, she took care of her elderly parents and her special needs brother Jimmy. She liked gardening and watching the television show Dancing with the Stars. Patsy enjoyed basketball and was a Weiner Cardinal fan. She collected Rice Festival shirts and letters from family and friends. She never missed a class reunion and kept in contact with classmates and teachers from Weiner. She attended the Weiner Church of Christ. Patsy is survived by her brother Jimmy, a resident of Woodbriar Nursing Center in Harrisburg, an uncle George Smith of Weiner, and extended family in the Weiner-Harrisburg-Jonesboro area. She is preceded in death by her parents Jeff and Georgia Smith and brothers Johnny and Tommy. The family request private service and disposition under the direction of Faith Funeral Service.
