Brandi Kay Hooten

Brandi Kay Hooten, 44, of Paragould, Arkansas passed away on October 28, 2017 at Arkansas Methodist Medical Center. She was born on July 18, 1973 in Paragould, Arkansas to Larry and Lawanda Kay Hartsell Hooten. She was a lab technician at Arkansas Methodist Medical Center and enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.Survivors include; her father: Larry Hooten and wife Dana Whitney Hooten of Paragould, Arkansas; one brother: Bryan Hooten and wife Krystal of Paragould, Arkansas; one sister: Chassity Hooten of Paragould, Arkansas; one step-sister: Mica Lea Gibson of Jonesboro, Arkansas; nephews: Max, Sam, and Braxton Hooten and Levi Gibson; nieces: Brayleigh Kay Hooten and Emily Gibson; two aunts: Pat Huskey Davis of Diaz, Arkansas and Loretta Hartsell Hardin and husband Bobby of Corning, Arkansas; one great-niece: Paisley Rue Gibson; and a host of other family and friends. She was preceded in death by; her mother: Lawanda Kay Hartsell Hooten; maternal grandparents: Virgil and Olene Harris Hartsell; paternal grandparents: Gene and Maxine Hooten Huskey; three aunts: Lavon Hartsell Pierce, Lola Hartsell Morgan, and Laverne Hartsell Warren. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, November 1, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. at Westview Baptist Church, Paragould, Arkansas with Dr. Mark Reeves officiating. Burial will follow at Penn Cemetery in Strawberry, Arkansas under the direction of Faith Funeral Service. The family will receive visitors at the church on Wednesday from 10:00 a.m. until service time. Pallbearers: Gary Chipman, Ronnie Joiner, Jim Burgess, Galen Gammel, Butch Daniels, and Terry Hutchinson. Honorary pallbearers: Bob Hovis, Mark Woodruff, Jim Pierce, Bobby Hardin, and my coffee drinking buddy’s at Northpoint.
